The Territorial Coherence Schemas in the Var as of 21/11/2018

The Act on Solidarity and Urban Renewal (Law SRU) of 13 December 2000 provides for the establishment, from 1 January 2002, of territorial coherence schemes, which replace the master plans. Developed by the elected representatives, at the scale of the living basin, d' habitat or d' employment, they will have as their vocation to; express the overall strategy of the Â#x27; agglomeration and d' set out the main choices in terms of?#x27; habitat, d#x27; balance between natural and urban areas, d' infrastructures, d' commercial urban planning.
