This plan is the result of measurement operations carried out on the ground: topographical surveys. This plan is usually carried out on a scale close to the 1/200th and established in a system of three-dimensional geographical coordinates (X, Y, Z). Depending on the size of the area surveyed, the plan may be linked to a local system or national reference systems. **Special observations** All the proposed topographical plans are linked in planimetry to the national coordinate reference system: the French Geodesic Network (RGF93) associated with the conical projection conforming to CC49 and attached in altimetry to the normal altitude system IGN 1969.
