Tourist capacity in Haute-Savoie

The “tourist bed” is the basic unit for the assessment of the capacity of #x27; reception, which corresponds to a person. __Origin__ Excel file uploaded on the website of the Savoie Mont-Blanc Tourism Observatory (http://pro.savoie-mont-blanc.com/Observatoire/Nos-donnees-brutes/Capacites-daccueil) and then geocoded from the boundaries of GEOFLA® communes. The capacity of non-market beds (secondary and unclassified furnished residences) in 2015 increased as a result of the new classification of furnished tourism. Indeed, from July 2015 the old classification is no longer valid, it is the new standards that apply obliging us to count in furnisheds classified only those that have been according to these new standards. However, a large volume of “old standard” tourism furnished has not been classified according to these new standards, so these furnisheds are no longer officially listed and fall back into non-market accommodation/secondary residences.
