Tourist real estate of mountain resorts — CONITIFF® data 2016 by municipality — Metropolitan France

The CONITIFF® method developed by Cerema and Atout France makes it possible to describe the tourist property stock from land and tax information. From the information contained in the land files, tourist accommodations are divided into 5 categories (hotels, holiday centers and villages, tourist residences, other tourist condominiums and diffuse secondary residences) described, and located to the accuracy of the plot. The data provide a description of the tourist accommodations of the mountain resort support municipalities (number of dwellings, capacity per category, by construction period, place of residence of the owners) in an aggregated form per municipality. These data are also available in an aggregated form per pole d' hosting. __Origin__ The data are produced from the 2016 vintage of the anonymous and retired land files by the Cerema: http://www.geoinformations.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/fichiers-fonciers-r549.html Additional data from the register of classified accommodations of Atout France are used to specify the capacity of hotels.
