The amount of the “daily rate of compensation” (daily amount of the unemployment benefit), at entry, is deducted from the daily wage according to different formulas (valid for recipients who have worked full time): • 75 % of the RRS when the reference jounal salary is less than or equal to EUR 1147 (*) • the minimum (EUR 28.67) (*) for a reference monthly salary between EUR 1147 (*) and EUR 1256 (*) • 40.4 % of salary + the fixed part EUR 11.76 (*) when the reference monthly salary is between EUR 1 256 (*) and EUR 2125 • and 57 % of the SJR when the reference monthly salary is more than EUR 2125 (*). The daily amount ‘floor’ is EUR 20.54 (*) (i.e. EUR 616 per month). The compensation rate may be lower than these floor values for recipients with part-time work references. The maximum daily amount is EUR 241.22 (i.e. EUR 7 237 per month) _(*): as of 1 July 2015_
