A wetland of Â#x27; international importance according to the Ramsar Convention (RAMSAR) is one of the protected natural areas (NSEs) that are designated or managed within an international, community, national or local framework with a view to achieving specific objectives for the conservation of natural heritage.A wetland of #x27; international importance of the Ramsar Convention is an area designated under the Convention on Wetlands of #x27; international importance, particularly as habitats of birds of #x27; water, whose treaty was signed in 1971 on the edges of the Caspian Sea (Iran). Its entry into force dates from 1975, the ratification by France of 1986.L' inclusion in the world list of Ramsar zones assumes that the area meets one or more criteria demonstrating its international importance.
