Dataset description

The wetlands impacted correspond to the areas impacted or destroyed by the project; development subject to the law on water (nomenclature 3310 of the law on water; water, ministerial decree of 24 June 2008 amended which specifies the criteria for defining and delimiting wetlands pursuant to articles L.214-7-1 and R.211-108 of the code of the environment). They are delimited by l' instructor within the framework of the missions of the police of l' water during the #x27th; instruction of the police file of the\#x27; water from the file filed by the pettionary and/or information on the ground. This data is part of a set of two GIS layers: — the layer N_ZH_IMP_S_044 corresponding to wetlands impacted within the meaning of the font of water by a project of #x27; development — the layer N_ZH_COMP_S_044 corresponding to compensating wetlands within the meaning of the font of the water by a project of #x27; development __Origin__ Inputs are made by the instructors during the investigation of the font files of l'water (nomenclature 3.3.1.0) by deferring (digitisation) zoning mapping to the\#x27;Orthophoto of l'IGN to l' using the Qgis software. The seizures refer to the CASCADE identifier of the file (national database for the monitoring of police files in the departments of the interdepartmental directorates of the Ministry in charge of water). They complement CASCADE’s award-winning elements by entering the mapping of impacted sectors.
