Dataset description

The development zones of wind power (ZDE) are defined, on the proposal of the municipalities concerned, according to the winds (“wind potential”), the possibilities of connecting to the electricity networks, public safety, the protection of landscapes, biodiversity, historical monuments, archaeological heritage and remarkable and protected sites. The creation of a new ZDE is in advance the subject of a request submitted by the municipality(s) (whose whole or part of the territory is included in the proposed perimeter) or by a public inter-municipal cooperation institution with own taxation (EPCI), subject to the agreement of the member municipality(s) of which all or part of the territory is included in the area concerned. It is authorised by the prefect of the department.A zone for the development of wind power is characterised by a perimeter and a minimum and maximum installed power of the installations producing electricity from the wind mechanical energy. Any new development zone for wind (ZDE) must be included in one of the zones favourable to wind when the regional wind scheme is adopted. __Origin__ The geometry of a PUI perimeter is constructed by: — l' geometric aggregation of polygons representing the municipalities concerned by an inter-municipal procedure, or, — the polygon of the municipality concerned by a municipal procedure __Partner organisations__ DDT Seine-et-Marne, DDT 77 — Energy, mobility and living environment service (SEMCV) __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-3b40e60f-08ed-4315-9847-f961a5cee060) * [simple download (Atom) of the game and associated documents via the internet](http://atom.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/atomArchive/GetResource?id=4f15028e-b647-4d32-8be4-dff6af4ba059&dataType=dataset) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/927d7c6019325862e75046ae996f8178e7d47779)
