Dataset description

This layer gives us information on all wind turbines whose PC states can be deposited, rejected, modified, projects declared without follow-up and projects under consideration. It is built from the 2 tables N_MAT_EOLIEN_P_r41 (Built or Project Wind turbines) and N_PC_EOLIEN_r41 (Eolen Building Permit). — L' wind energy is produced from the force of the wind, thanks to a wind turbine, which transforms the wind mechanical energy into electrical energy. Connected to a generator, it consists of a mast on which is attached a propeller that rotates the wind. We distinguish terrestrial wind from offshore wind — or offshore wind (with more frequent, stronger and more regular winds than shore). Depending on its height, a wind turbine can be the subject of a construction permit (for any wind turbine more than 12 m high), d' an impact study (for wind turbines more than 50 m high) or a notice (for wind turbines less than 50 m high). This table contains only wind turbines whose construction permit has been granted.Since the law establishing national commitment on the environment called “Grenelle II”, a minimum threshold of distance between future wind turbine installations and homes has been introduced. In l' lack of precision in the building permit, the rules of reversal from public tracks or right-of-way and separative boundaries s' apply at any point of the wind turbine, at the end of the blade in a horizontal position. In addition, the operation of wind turbines will be subject to the regime of #x27; authorisation under classified installations for the protection of the environment (ICPE). __Origin__ We downloaded the layer (N_PERIM_MAET_ZINF_S_r41.tab) from the Geo-IDE catalog (file produced by the DRAAF) and then transformed this layer into shape format. The contour of each territory must be digitised with a level of precision corresponding to a scale at 1/5.000th on the background of aerial orthographs, so that it is compatible with the graphic parcel register on which the elements engaged in MAE-T are located. Digitisation by local operators (Chamber d' Agriculture, Regional Park,..), centralisation and consolidation by the ASP. This layer N_PERIM_MAET_ZINF_S_R41 includes all MAET-eligible territories since 2007: the eligible territories several years n' appear only once in this layer; however, the geography of these territories can vary from #x27; one year to the other; also, for the construction of this layer, c' is either the version where the territory is the largest, or the most recent version (if the dimensions are unchanged) that is retained. Note about attributes: — ID_MAP: "141" + 2 last digits of the year of #x27; eligibility of the selected version (see above) + no d' order — CODE_MAET corresponds to the MAE territory code — LIB_MAET corresponds to the wording of the EAW territory — Stakes (whole): additional field specifying the scope of the territory ("1" for the NATURA 2000 I1, &2 " for the DCE issue (Water Framework Directive) I2, "3" at stake I3 (Biodiversity outside NATURA 2000) + one column per year since 2007: &Yesquot; in the year(s) of; eligibility of the territory, empty otherwise. Vintages: this layer has been vintage since 2009, with the #x27; all of the above attributes since the 2011 vintage. The layer N_PERIM_MAET_ZINF_S_R41 corresponds strictly to the most recent vintage. Attention: for vintages prior to 2012 (i.e. 2009, 2010 and 2011), the issue was coded "1" for BIODIVERSITE and "3" for NATURA2000 The territories named LO_VMEA, LO_VMEB, LO_VMEC and LO_VMED replace LO_VMPB, LO_VMKC, LO_VAME and LO_VMVH d' prior to 2012. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Grand Est [ex-Lorraine] (Regional Directorate for the Environment, Environment, Planning and Housing Greater East) __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-a163ad14-3620-4d5e-87b5-442a0cdafe55) * [COVADIS data standard: MAET Territory](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_PERIM_MAET_ZINF_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/6b4b13459ce1c8d537726bbb9af75c6988915950)
