Dataset description

Exploitation of hydrometric network data with sufficient chronicity (data over a period of more than 20 years). Results from a simple statistical analysis using the known annual maxima. Each of the three flood periods (December, January, February) of the winter 2013-2014 was analysed. Note that the return time of {\#x27; an event n' is not fixed. It may have to evolve according to new events. __Origin__ Data on return times are associated with measuring stations.
