Zoning Envelopes for Class PM1 easements (Predictable or Mining Natural Hazards Prevention Plan) Plans FOR PREVENTION OF PREVISIBLE NATURE RISKS (PPRNP) and MINIER RISK PREVENTION PLANS (PPRM) Articles R. 126-1 of the Code de l' urban planning in the headings: IV- Public Safety and Safety Servitudes B — Public Safety These are easements resulting from #x27; establishment of Predictable Natural Hazards Prevention Plans (PPRNPs) and Mining Risk Prevention Plans (MRPPs) established pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Code de l' Environment. PPRNPs are intended for the prevention of natural hazards such as floods, land movements, avalanches, forest fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms or cyclones. PPRMs are intended for the prevention of the following mining risks: subsidences, collapses, melting, flooding, dangerous gas emanations, soil or water pollution, ionising radiation emissions. These plans shall delineate: — the areas exposed to the risks in which the construction, works, development and holdings are prohibited or subject to conditions; — areas not directly exposed to the risks in which the construction, works, fitting-outs and holdings are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or cause them to new ones.
