Alkis NW Owner’s Data

The property register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). According to VermKatG NRW, owner data are, in accordance with the Land Register, the names, dates of birth and legal share relationships of the owners as well as the persons entitled to inheritance, the current addresses known to the cadastral authority and the details of administrators as well as the land register designation. The owner data does not contain any geometries (especially no parcel envelopes). The output format is NAS. In order to use the owner’s information, the legitimate interest must be demonstrated.
