The spatial data contains information on well-known archaeological monuments in Saxony. Archaeological monuments are protected by the Saxon Monument Protection Act (SächsDSchG). They are to be expected everywhere in Saxony to a considerable extent outside the known and listed in the spatial data monuments. In the case of construction work, an opinion on the archaeological issues must be obtained in any case!
