Dataset description

Only areas that are relevant in accordance with this Act are presented in relation to areas covered by the Permanent Grassland Conservation Act (DGLG). This includes areas which are subject to a very high level 5 wind erosion hazard in accordance with DIN 19706 on the basis of the site-dependent erosion hazard and the protective effect of wind hazards, as well as areas which are subject to a high or very high natural water erosion hazard of the levels Enat4 or Enat 5 in accordance with DIN 19708 (2005-02) The corresponding areas are subject to high or very high natural water erosion hazards according to DIN 19708 (2005-02). in particular, § 3, paragraph 1, point 1 (prohibition of conversion) and § 3, paragraph 4 (restoration of a grassland scar). The above-mentioned erosion hazard levels apply to the area reference size field block. This may consist of several sub-areas or blows that can be managed differently and/or by several farmers. Other levels of erosion hazard may arise for these subsurfaces. The layer is visible in the scale range from 1:5,000 to 1:50,000 inclusive. The optimal scale is 1:10,000.
