Area Steitzhof and surroundings, 1st amendment

In the course of the implementation of the development plan “Areal Steitzhof und Umgebung” and the implementation of initial development and parcelling measures, it has been shown that changes to the existing drawing and textual determinations are necessary. The changes are intended, among other things, to make better use of the already existing commercial and industrial location “Am Steitzhof”, by creating a higher “flexibility”, especially with regard to the establishment of large-scale commercial and industrial enterprises, e.g. Logistics uses. Against this background, the development system is also adapted in order to achieve greater flexibility.
