Dataset description

In the case of areas under mountain control (Section 69(1) of the Federal Mining Act), the supervision of these areas is subject to the competent authority (LBGR). The mountain inspection shall end after the completion of the closure operation plan or appropriate instructions of the competent authority at the time when, in general experience, it is no longer likely that the operation will cause risks to the life and health of third parties, to other mining operations and to deposits whose protection is in the public interest or to adverse effects of the community.
