Automated real estate book

The Automated Property Book (ALB) is the digital form of the real estate book and the descriptive proof of the property register. The ALB contains information on the individual parcels (such as landmarks, area, location designation and buildings), the results of the official soil estimation for agricultural land, the types of use, the public-law provisions and other flood-related data. The owners are kept in accordance with the land register. The ALB is available throughout Baden-Württemberg. The output in digital form is carried out as an ASCII file in the format WLDGE (structured records) or as evaluation lists (printed or in table form). Statistical evaluations are possible. Special evaluations are possible on request.
