Dataset description

In addition to other DLM and other digital dating systems (DTK, DGM, DOP), the basic DLM is part of the Official Topographical Cartographic Information System (ATKIS). Digital landscape models (DLM) model the landscape object-structured in vector form. Characteristic of the DL; is the scale-free modelling of the point, line and surface-shaped objects that cover the entire area of Baden-Württemberg in their entirety. The DLM can be transferred to the Digital Topographic Map (DTK) using appropriate procedures (generalisation, signature). A simple visualisation for technical applications in scale 1: 5 000 to 1: 10 000 enough is also possible to generalise. Coordinate dimension: 2D (no absolute altitude information), units of flat coordinates: Meters. Real world (landscape) is modeled by objects (point, line-shaped, surface-shaped).
