Building plan Hausbruch 10 1st change Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Building Plan Hausbruch 10 of 15 July 1969 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 163) is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Regulation amending the Ordinance on the Building Plan Hausbruch 10 is added to the Regulation. 2.In § 2, the following point 3 is added: ‘3 In the area between Neuwiedenthaler Straße — Baben Brandheid — Jungfernmühle — August-Somann-Weg depicted in the plant, the fixings for the two rear public access roads with a width of 8 m and sweeping head, which are branched off from the Baben Brandheid road, are lifted. The designated road traffic areas of the Jungfernmühle road and in the junction of the Jungfernmühle/August-Somann-Weg roads will be extended to the boundaries of parcels 693 (new: 3984), 694, 714, 715, 716, 720 (new: 3799 and 3800) of the Neugraben area — with the exception of the corner bevel in the south-eastern area of the parcel 720 — reduced. The lifted road areas are designated as non-surfaceable land areas. In order to develop the rear parts of the property, joint access roads shall be established.’
