Dataset description

The Sinstorf 6 Building Plan Act of 2 March 1970 (HmbGVBl. P. 106), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 502) is amended as follows: 1. The attached "Appendix to the Regulation amending the The Act on the Building Plan Sinstorf 6" shall Added the law. 2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added: 3. For the area shown in the installation, the following applies: 3.1 The areas designated in the Annex with “A” and “D” (lots 1452 and 123 of the Sinstorf area) are abolished as well as the fixings of construction land for common use, including their purpose, the determination of the extent of the construction works (base area 0.4 and floor area number 0.5), the number of full floors and the construction limits. In addition, on the area designated as “A” (Flurstück 1452), the fixing of the general residential area, including the determination of the extent of the structural uses (base area 0.4 and floor area 0.4), the establishment of the open construction method — only single and double houses, the number of full floors and the building limits are lifted. On the south-western part of the parcel 529 of the Sinstorf area, designated in the annex with ‘C’, the ‘road traffic area’ is lifted. 3.2 The area referred to as ‘A’ shall be fixed as ‘forest area’. 3.3 On the area referred to as ‘B’, ‘pure residential area’, a full floor, as a maximum and a floor area of 90 m, shall be fixed as maximum. 3.4 The area referred to as ‘C’ shall be fixed as ‘General Residential Area’. 3.5 On the area referred to as “D”, “pure residential area”, a full floor as the maximum, in open construction, only single houses is allowed, with a base area of 0.1 and a floor area of 0.2, respectively, as maximum. For the designation of the buildable area, construction boundaries shall be established at a distance of 18 m from the northern, from 5 m to the eastern, from 20 m to the south and 11 m to the western boundary of parcel 123 of the Sinstorf area. 3.6 The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
