The development plan Wilhelmsburg 90 for the area of application between Wilhelmsburg Reichsstraße (B4/B75) in the west, Neuenfelder Straße in the north, the railway areas in the east and the Kleingartenverein number 709 Grüner Deich in the south (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 137) is established. The plan area shall be limited as follows: Neuenfelder Straße — via parcel 11465 (Deutsche Bahn), eastern borders of parcels 2081 (Neuenfelder Straße), 2738, 2734, 11464 and 11463, over parcels 11463 and 2727, southwest border of parcel 2727, via parcel 5485, southwest border of parcel 5485, via parcel 5620 (Hauland), western boundary of parcel 5620 (Hauland), via parcel 7757 (Neuenfelder Straße) of the Gemarkung Wilhelmsburg.
