Gewidmete Deiche in Niedersachsen als Eingangsdaten für die Erstellung der Hochwassergefahren- und Hochwasserrisikokarten nach Hochwasserrisikomanagement-Richtlinie (HWRM-RL) 2. Zyklus 2016 – 2021.Bearbeitungsgrundlage ist der Datenbestand zum Stichtag des 2. Zyklus der HWRM-RL.Ein Deich erhält die Eigenschaft eines Hauptdeiches, Hochwasserdeiches oder Schutzdeiches durch Widmung, die die Deichbehörde durch Verordnung ausspricht. Für gewidmete Deiche gelten die Bestimmungen des Niedersächsischen Deichgesetzes (NDG).
