Development plan Bramfeld 58 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the development plan Bramfeld 58 of 8. December 1998 (HmbGVBl. P. 321) is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Bramfeld 58 development plan” is added to the Regulation. 2. In § 2(7), the third sentence is replaced by the following sentences: ‘In addition, retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted in the area referred to as ‘(a)’. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally area-using articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden equipment or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store such items on the surface referred to as (a). Furthermore, the area designated as ‘(a)’ shall only exceptionally be permitted in the restaurant and dining establishments, accommodation establishments, warehouses and hauliers’.
