The development plan Finkenwerder 35 for the area south of Neß-Hauptdeich between Pamirweg, Finkenwerder Westerdeich, Finkenwerder Süderdeich and Osterfelddeich and the Alte Süderelbe (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 139) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Neßdeich — Pamirweg — via parcels 2089 and 4430, via parcel 3024 (Neßkatenweg), eastern borders of parcels 2492 and 2493 (round kill) of the Finkenwerder Nord — Rundtörn — Rudolf-Kinau-Allee — northern boundary of the parcel 1567 of the Finkenwerder Süd Finkenwerder Westerdeich — Finkenwerder Süderdeich — via the parcel 464 (Süderkirchenweg), northern boundary of parcel 1375 (Osterfelddeich) of the Finkenwerder Süd area — Osterfelddeich — eastern boundary of parcel 589 (port area border), over parcel 1552 (port area border) — southern boundary of parcels 1552 and 1559 (port area border), over parcel 1642 (port area border/old southern elbow) of the Finkenwerder South mark — district border — North-west boundary of the parcels 1287, 1290, 1293 and 1638 of the Finkenwerder Süd area — Northwest boundary of parcel 4011, western boundary of parcel 4010 (Neß- Hauptdeich) — Northwest boundary of parcel 4254, northern boundary of parcel 4255, over parcel 4045 (flood protection system) — west and northwest boundary of parcel 4239, over parcel 4239, eastern boundary of parcels 4341 and 2848 (Kreetslag) of the Finkenwerder Nord area.
