Law amending the Hummelsbüttel Building Plan Act 4/Poppenbüttel 8 Of 25 April 1977 The Senate announces the following law passed by citizenship: Article 1 The law on the development plan Hummelsbüttel 4/Poppenbüttel 8 of 10. December 1973 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 529) is amended as follows: 1.In the drawing presentation, the fixing of the construction method Gartenhofhäuser GHM is deleted. 2.In § 2(1), the following sentence is added: ‘Fireplaces shall be permitted provided that they are fired with wood or gas or electrical energy is used.14 3.In § 2 no. 8, the words “the garden house areas” are replaced by the words “of the one-storey pure residential areas without fixing a construction method”.
