Dataset description

The Law on the Development Plan Neuland 1 of 27 October 1969 (HmbGVBl. P. 205), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows: 1. The attached "Appendix to the Regulation amending the The law on the development plan Neuland 1" shall be Added the law. 2. In § 2, the previous text behind the colon replaced by the following points 1 to 5: ‘For the area shown in the annex, the following applies: 1. In the industrial area, retail establishments, insofar as they do not trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other land-use articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, garden tools and other construction and garden supplies, shall be prohibited. 2. The areas referred to as “A” have a height of 16 m above terrain surface as the maximum dimension and a maximum height of 12 m above terrain surface on the surfaces referred to as “B”. 3. On the area designated “C” (partial area of the land area 2735 of the Neuland area) the designation “industrial area” and “public green area” with the purpose of “parking” are removed. 4. On the area referred to as ‘D’ (Penzweg — parcel 1037), the designation ‘industrial area’ and ‘road traffic area’ shall be removed. 5. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
