Development plan Sülldorf 2 2nd amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Sülldorf 2 development plan of 5 September 1967 amending 10 June 1987 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette 1967, page 273, 1987 page 123) is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance on the Second Amendment to the Regulation on the Sülldorf 2 Development Plan” added to the Regulation. 2. Section 2(4) is replaced by the following: 4. For the area designated in the installation, the following shall apply: 4.1 The Building Usage Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (Bundesgesetzblatt I Page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Bundesgesetzblatt I pages 466, 479); the base area number is 0.4. Parking spaces must only be placed in underground car parks. 4.2 On parts of the former parcels 86, 87 and 89 of the Sülldorf area, a three-storey building in open construction is permitted in the area designated “A”. 4.3 The expulsion of a 5 m wide public road between the streets Kamerstücken and Sülldorfer Knick is lifted; the area shall be included in the residential area.’
