Development plan Wilhelmsburg 77 1st amendment Hamburg

The Law on the Development Plan Wilhelmsburg 77 of 20 July 1994 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 208), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette pages 494, 505), is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Wilhelmsburg 77” is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following point 7 is added: 7. For the area between Karl-Arnold-Ring and Kirchdorfer Dam as shown in the plant, the following applies: 7.1 The area referred to as ‘A’ shall abolish the designation of the special area for the purpose of ‘shopping area’ and shall be fixed as road transport area with the specific purpose of ‘market area’. 7.2 The area referred to as ‘B’ defines the road surface as road surface with the specific purpose of ‘market area’. 7.3 On the area referred to as “C”, a construction boundary shall be established on the parcel 6966 of the Wilhelmsburg area at a distance of 3 m parallel to the eastern or south-east boundary.’
