Dataset description

The Digital Landscape Model 50 (DLM 50) is derived from the Digital Basic Landscape Model (Base DLM) by generalisation. The scope of information of the DLM 50 is therefore reduced compared to the basic DLM. The DLM50 is fully constructed at the beginning of 2010.With about 110 object types, the content of the DLM50 is based on a specially adapted object species catalogue. The objects of the DLM 50 are also generalised to the extent that a DTK50 can be generated from the database without further processing. The location accuracy of the objects is based on the accuracy of today’s topographic map 1:50 000.
