Digital map of Bavaria

The Digital Ortskarte Bayern (DOK) is a detailed, up-to-date topographic map in grid data format in 1:10 000 scale. Contents of the DOK are all roads, paths, railways, waters, vegetation areas, borders, ungeneralised individual buildings, street names, points of interest (school, museum, church, hospital, parking, etc.). The DOK is available for all of Bavaria with the same detail and up-to-dateness. The graphics of the DOK are according to its own character key of Bavaria. The grid data of the DOK is divided into 36 thematic layers, which can be delivered all individual raster files (one file for each layer) or as a combined color combination of any raster planes. The provision of raster data of any shaped surfaces is possible (e.g. along a river). The data can be delivered in any resolution up to 200 pixels/cm (508 dpi, equivalent to 0.5 m ground resolution).
