Dataset description

The map gives indications of areas that may be affected by the specifications below. The card has no legal liability and does not constitute a claim of completeness. Gaps may be present for small flowing waters in particular. Pursuant to §§ 5(3) sentence 1 and 13a(5). DüV and § 4 No. 3 NDüngGewNPVO apply the following requirements for the application of nitrogen- or phosphate-containing fertilisers, soil aids, culture substrates and plant auxiliaries: • At a slope inclination on the first 20 m to the upper edge of the embankment of a water of an average = 5 %: No fertilisation at a distance of 3 m to the upper edge of the embankment and other management requirements within a distance of 3 to 20 m from the upper edge of the embankment. • At a slope inclination on the first 20 m to the upper edge of the embankment of a water of an average = 10 %: No fertilisation at a distance of 10 m to the upper edge of the embankment and other management requirements within a distance of 10 to 30 m from the upper edge of the embankment. • At a slope inclination on the first 30 m to the upper edge of the embankment of a water of an average = 15 %: No fertilisation at a distance of 10 m to the upper edge of the embankment and other management requirements within a distance of 10 to 30 m from the upper edge of the embankment. The map was created based on field blocks, impact geometries, above-ground waters of the ATKIS DLM25 as well as the digital terrain model for Lower Saxony in the 1 m grid (DGM 1). When selecting areas based on this data, dykes as well as flower and water protection strips are also recorded and displayed in the map. Drainage barriers were not taken into account in the selection of areas.
