Forestry — Rescue points

The Map Service (WMS Group) represents the digital spatial data from the forestry sector of the Saarland. The usual names of roads and house numbers can not be found here, hall names or company names of forest pieces or sites are often not understood and therefore misinterpreted. As a result of this situation, a system has been created across countries in which rescue workers are appointed to a clearly designated rendez-vous point. These points lie in the landscape so that they can be clearly described and can also be reached as short as possible from potential accident sites in the forest and landscape.
