In accordance with §193(5) of the Baugesetzbuch — BauGB — the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. Soil benchmarks to be determined according to the provisions of the BauGB and the expert committee regulation. At its meeting on 19 June 2017, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the ground benchmarks indicated in the land benchmark map as of 31.12.2016, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Ordinance on Experts for Baden-Württemberg. For further information, see Handout “Explanatory Notes on soil benchmarks 2016”.
