Dataset description

According to §193(5) of the Baugesetzbuch — BauGB — the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. Soil benchmarks to be determined according to the provisions of the BauGB and the expert committee regulation. At its meetings on 14 May 2009 and 30 June 2009, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the soil benchmarks specified in the land benchmark map as of 31.12.2008, taking into account §196 BauGB and §12 of the Expert Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg.
