Dataset description
In accordance with §193(5) of the Baugesetzbuch — BauGB — the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. Soil benchmarks to be determined according to the provisions of the BauGB and the expert committee regulation. At its meetings on 17 May 2011 and 18 May 2011, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the ground benchmarks specified in the land benchmark map as of 31.12.2010, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Ordinance on the Expert Committee for Baden-Württemberg.
