Pursuant to §193(5) of the Baugesetzbuch — BauGB — the expert committee for the determination of property values in Freiburg i. Br. To determine soil benchmarks in accordance with the provisions of the BauGB and the Expert Committee Regulation. At its meeting on 26 June 2019, the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the soil benchmark values as of 31 December 2018 as of 31 December 2018, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Expert Committee Regulation for Baden-Württemberg. For further information see Handout “Explanatory Notes to the 2018 soil guideline values”.
