Dataset description

Gebiete mit hoher Gewässerdichte in Niedersachsen sind gem. § 58 Abs. 1 des Niedersächsischen Wassergesetzes (NWG) vom 11.11.2020 (Nds. GVBl Nr. 43/2020) Gemeinden, in denen der Anteil der durch die Gewässerrandstreifenregelung betroffenen landwirtschaftlichen Fläche drei vom Hundert oder mehr der landwirtschaftlichen Fläche im Gebiet der jeweiligen Gemeinde beträgt.Über das Verzeichnis dieser Gemeinden sollen die Ausnahmeregelungen zum Gewässerrandstreifen im Rahmen des Aktionsprogramms "Niedersächsischer Weg" vollzogen werden.
