Gross area of realised housing sites

Residential area cadastre of the state capital Dresden. In this site database, the City Planning Office registers all residential buildings planned in accordance with the land use plan (Annex Living) and part of the residential sites realised after 1990. The area range includes both building land, areas with ready-to-build land, inner-city area potential, building gaps and homestead sites that have already begun, as well as land suitable for housing and long-term reserves over a size of approximately 0.5 ha and 10 residential units (WE). The gross residential area comprises the residential area shown in the land use plan/Annex Living (living potential), which belongs to the now fully realised residential building site.
