Ground benchmark base map ALKIS at the cut-off date

The ‘Alkis baseline map at the reference date’ serves as the basis for defining the land benchmark zones (Section 196(1) of the Building Code) for building land and other areas (e.g. leisure gardens). It is derived and frozen from ALKIS® (Official Property Register Information System) at the respective soil benchmarking date. The content of the ground benchmark base map is reduced compared to the official property map, mainly on parcels and parcel numbers, buildings and house numbers as well as street names. The soil benchmark base map does not represent and does not replace an official proof of land from the real estate register.
