Historical Flood Events — WMS

Data from major expired flood events are collected — if possible — and transferred to maps. The surface extension and the flood line (external delimitation) of the flood as well as historical water level marks are recorded. This information, in conjunction with the regular records of water levels at levels, forms an important basis for the professional assessment of the risk of flooding. The representation of flood events in the form of areas and lines, due to the detection methods, is only up to a scale of 1: 25 000 possible. Maximum image size: 4096 x 4096 pixels.
