Horseback riding trails (WMS service)

Cross-regional equestrian trails are part of the Saxon long-distance network. They link the connecting points developed by the surrounding districts at the city border and are part of the implementation of the agricultural structural development plan Schönfelder Hochland (completed in 2004).On site the route is signposted (horse head and “F”).A regional equestrian trail has been designated in addition to the long-distance riding trails in the southwest of the city in order to serve the existing connection of Kaufbach/Tharandter Wald. Regional equestrian trails are — by the way — the equestrian trails designated by the responsible forestry authority in the forest, the forestry authority is legally obliged to expel.
