Dataset description
The infrastructure atlas is the information and planning tool of the central information centre for broadband expansion in Germany. It shall contain georeferenced data from facilities that can be used for telecommunications purposes, provided that they can be provided in digital form by owners or operators of public utility networks. The data is made available in accordance with the user group defined by § 77a TKG (companies, but also federal government, state, districts and municipalities) within the framework of broadband expansion. The data is displayed in the scales of 1:20,000 to 1:1,000.
