The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the Regional Planning Community Prignitz.Oberhavel on the legally effective regional plan of material security of the Prignitz.Oberhavel region (Legal Decree of 28.11.2012), transformed into the INSPIRE scheme PlannedLandUse. The plan includes priority and reservation areas for the near-surface raw materials to secure gravel, sands, clays and peat from opposing uses in the region. The region comprises the districts of Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin and Oberhavel. The record is provided via an interoperable display and download service. — The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about Priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials of the Prignitz.Oberhavel region (legal ordinance of November 28,2012) from the regional planning community Prignitz.Oberhavel, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse. The plan controls the securing of gravel, sand, clay and peat in the region. The region includes the districts of Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin and Oberhavel. The data set is provided via compliant view and download services.
