The INSPIRE Service Habitats and Biotopes in Germany — Habitat Types Inland Waters — Dissemination provides nationwide dissemination data sets in accordance with the requirements of the INSPIRE Directive Annex III topic. The dissemination data was merged by the Federal Office for Nature Conservation from data from the federal states and the federal government for the purpose of producing the national report in accordance with Article 17 of the Habitats Directive. The origin data were provided by the Länder in accordance with the requirements of the EU for the national FFH report in accordance with Article 17 of the Habitats Directive.
