Dataset description

The interoperable INSPIRE representation service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (derived from the original dataset: Regional plan Material security of the Prignitz-Oberhavel region) defines the priority areas and reservations of near-surface raw materials from the corresponding legally effective regional plan (Legal Decree of 28.11.2012). According to the INSPIRE data specification Land Use (D2.8.III.4), the contents of the plan are INSPIRE compliant. The WMS includes the following layers: — LU.3_3_Sub-plan Regional level: A substantive sub-regional plan as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene — LU.7_2_7_RawMaterials: Open area allocated to the prospecting or deposition of material. — The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (derived from the original data set: Regional plan Factual sub-plan for securing raw materials in the Prignitz-Oberhavel region) contains data about Priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials from the corresponding legally effective regional plan (legal ordinance of November 28, 2012). The content of the plan is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Land Use (D2.8.III.4). The WMS includes the following layers: — LU.3_3_Sub-plan Regional level: A factual sub plan, as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene — LU.7_2_7_RawMaterials: Open space assigned to prospection or dumping of material.
