Dataset description

The interoperable INSPIRE representation service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (derived from the original dataset: Regional Spatial Structure and Basic Functional Priorities of the Uckermark-Barnim Region) defines the regional spatial structure and basic functional priorities from the corresponding legally effective regional plan (Legal Decree of 23.12.2020). According to the INSPIRE data specification Land Use (D2.8.III.4), the contents of the plan are INSPIRE compliant. The WMS includes the following layers: — LU.3_3_Sub-plan Regional level: A substantive sub-regional plan as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene — LU.7_1_3_AssignmentOfFunctions: Functions are defined as tasks assigned to individual municipalities or regions by regional planning. The aim is to coordinate the functional/structural (or spatial/functional) division of tasks and work between sub-regional authorities. — LU.7_1_4_3_CityAndOuterConurbationArea: Aggregation or continuous network of urban communities that have physically grown together through population growth and expansion. It is a polycentric agglomeration form. — LU.7_1_4_1_RuralArea: Sparsely populated areas without a major city. The landscape refers to certain forms of landscapes and land use in which agriculture and natural spaces play an important role. — LU.7_1_6_OtherSettlementStructureDevelopmentPolicies: Other supplementary provisions relating to the policy for the development of the settlement structure. — The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (derived from the original data set: factual sub plan for basic functional priorities of the Uckermark-Barnim region) defines the basic functional priorities from the corresponding legally effective regional plan (legal ordinance of December 23, 2020). The content of the plan is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Land Use (D2.8.III.4). The WMS includes the following layers: — LU.3_3_Sub-plan Regional level: A factual sub plan, as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene — LU.7_1_3_AssignmentOfFunctions: Tasks assigned specifically to individual municipalities or regions by state spatial planning are referred to as functions. The aim is to coordinate the functional/structural (or spatial/functional) division of responsibilities and labour among component territorial entities. — LU.7_1_4_3_CityAndOuterConurbationArea: Aggregation or continuous network of urban communities which have physically merged through population growth and expansion. It is a polycentric form of agglomeration — LU.7_1_4_1_RuralArea: Sparsely settled areas without significant large city or town. The countryside refers to certain forms of landscapes and land uses where agriculture and natural areas play an important part. — LU.7_1_6_OtherSettlementStructureDevelopmentPolicies: other supplementary regulation that relates to settlement structure development policies
