Dataset description

The interoperable INSPIRE representation service (WMS) Soil (ground erosion hazard due to wind in Brandenburg) provides an overview of the potential erosion hazard caused by wind in the state of Brandenburg. According to the INSPIRE data specification Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0), the contents of the card are INSPIRE-compliant. The WMS includes the following layers: — SO.windErosionRiskTopsoil: The erosion hazard of the upper soil by wind describes the use-independent erodibility due to eolian soil removal. — SO.siteSpecificWindErosionRisk:The site-dependent erosion hazard by wind describes the use-independent, site-specific erodibility caused by eolian soil removal. — SO.SoilBody:Demarcated and with respect to certain soil characteristics and/or spatial patterns of homogeneous part of the floor ceiling. — The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) Soil provides an overview of the potential erosion risk by wind in the state of Brandenburg. The content of the soil map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0). The WMS includes the following layers: — SO.windErosionRiskTopsoil: The risk of erosion of the topsoil by wind indicates the use-independent hazard of soil degradation of the topsoil by wind. — SO.siteSpecificWindErosionRisk:The site-specific risk of erosion by wind indicates the site-specific hazard of soil erosion by wind. — SO.SoilBody: Part of the soil cover that is delineated and that is homogeneous with regard to certain soil properties and/or spatial patterns. The interoperable INSPIRE representation service (WMS) Soil (ground erosion hazard due to wind in Brandenburg) provides an overview of the potential erosion hazard caused by wind in the state of Brandenburg.
