BImSchV) is to be approved. BImSchV). Article 24 of the IE Directive lays down rules on access to information and public participation in the authorisation procedure. These rules were taken into account when transposing the IE Directive into national law in an article law which also amended the BImSchG accordingly. Since then, the approval notice and the name of the relevant BAT reference document for installations according to the Industrial Emissions Directive have to be made publicly available on the Internet. Lower Saxony goes a little further in this map and publishes here the approval notices of all projects to be approved under the formal procedure (Annexes to procedure type G from Annex 1 to 4. BImSchV). The current approval notice is always set, which would be replaced accordingly by a successor. An authorisation history is not provided here. Visible in the interactive map presentation are all installations of procedure type G that require approval. The current approval notices have been issued since December 2014. The data is updated daily.
