Landscape frame plan (2020) Landkreis Nienburg/Weser — Map 2: Landscape

Data from the 2020 Landscape Framework Plan (LRP). The landscape framework plan is the technical plan of nature conservation and landscape conservation at the regional level. It has the task of presenting the objectives of nature conservation and landscape conservation, derived from § 1 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act, for the district of Nienburg/Weser and to show the requirements and measures that can contribute to the achievement of these objectives. The district of Nienburg/Weser has redesigned the landscape framework plan required by § 10 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act. The Landscape Framework Plan (LRP) is subject to the legal requirements of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (UVPG as amended until 15.5.2017) and the Lower Saxony Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (NUVPG) and thus in accordance with § 9(1) No. 1 in conjunction with Annex 3 No 1.2 NUVPG to carry out a Strategic Environmental Assessment. Pursuant to Paragraph 14 l(1) of the UVPG, the newly established landscape framework plan 2020 must be made public and interpreted for inspection. This interpretation took place from 31 August to 1.10.2020.
