Dataset description

A district or district is a delimited part of the city or municipality bearing its own name. Fundamental to this data set is the list of municipalities and districts in the Free State of Saxony, which was kept at the Statistical Office of the Free State of Saxony. The term municipal part is used in the “Gemeindeordnung für den Freistaat Sachsen” and is used interchangeably with the terms district and district. The data will be submitted completely for the Free State of Saxony.
